신규 신청

학생 비자 신규 신청은 학과가 시작하기전 최소 2개월 전에 신청이 되어야 합니다. 신청자는 꼭 싱가폴에 체류하고 있어야 할 필요는 없으며 외국에서도 접수가 가능합니다. 심사가 무사히 진행된 경우 학과 시작 1개월전에 학생 비자를 수령할수 있게 됩니다.

기본 준비 서류

1. Form 16, Form V103 복사본 2장씩

2. 여권용 사진 2매 : Form 16 우측 상단에 부착

3. Applicants official Birth Certificate (original & photocopy)

4. Applicant’s valid travel document (여권, 개인 정보가 보이는 부분이 나와야 함)

만약 아래의 조건에 해당한다면 추가적인 서류를 제출해야 합니다.
- 부모중(또는 양부모) 한 사람이 싱가폴 시민권자 또는 영주권자일 경우

1. Parent’s / step parent’s Official Marriage Certificate / Divorce Certificate and applicant’s custody paper (where applicable) (original and photocopy).

2. Parent’s / step parent’s highest educational certificate (original and photocopy).

3. Parent’s / step parent’s Letter of Employment (letter should state date of commencement of employment, designation, and salary per month) or copy of Business Registration Certificate (Instant Computer Printout) if applicant’s parent / step parent is self-employed. These documents should not be issued more than 1 month ago.

4. Parent’s / step parent’s monthly CPF contribution for the past 12 months.

5. Parent’s / step parent’s Income Tax Assessment Notices for the past 3 years (original and photocopy).

- 신청자의 배우자가 싱가폴 시민권자 또는 영주권자일 경우

1. Spouse’s Marriage Certificate / Divorce Certificate (where applicable) (original and photocopy).

2.  Spouse’s highest Educational Certificates (original and photocopy).

3.  Spouses Letter of Employment (letter should state date of commencement of employment, designation, and salary per month) or Business Registration Certificate (Instant Computer Printout) if applicant’s spouse is self-employed. These documents should not be issued more than 1 month ago.

4. Spouses monthly CPF contribution for the past 12 months.

학생 비자의 연장

외국 시스템의 학교에 계속하여 재학하면서 학생 비자를 연장하려고 할 경우는 비자 만료 2주전에 연장 신청을 해야 합니다.

직접 방문 접수가 아닐 경우 아래의 온라인 접수 안내에 따라 연장 신청을 합니다.

지원자의 경우

소요 시간

서류상에 문제가 없을 경우 3일 이내에 연장 처리가 완료가 되게 됩니다.

비용

학생 비자 신청 비용은 S$40이며 비자가 필요한 국가에서 온 신청자는 S$30를 추가로 내셔야 합니다. 만약 Multiple Entry Visa를 신청할 경우에는 추가로 S$30을 더 내셔야 하며 모든 지불은 학생 비자 수령때 한꺼번에 내시면 됩니다.

지불은 NETS, CashCard, EZ Link Card만 되오니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

추가 정보

* Dependents Pass를 소지하고 있는 경우 외국 시스템의 학교에서 공부할 때 따로 학생 비자 발급을 하지 않아도 됩니다.

* 신청자는 정부 기관에서 추가적으로 서류 제출을 요구할 경우 제공할 의무가 있으며 모든 서류는 원본 서류를 제출하여야 하며 영문이 아닐 경우에는 대사관의 공증 절차가 필요합니다.

* 모든 폼은 작성 완료와 함께 사인이 들어가야 하며 서류 미비의 경우에는 비자 승인이 나지 않을수 있습니다.

* 비자 발급을 받은 후에는 해당 비자가 승인한 과정과 기간동안 싱가폴에서 학업을 이수해야 합니다.

* 학생 비자 취소를 위해선 아래의 서류가 필요합니다.
