싱가포르 국세청(IRAS) 은 최근 가짜 Stamp Certificate 를 이용해 부동산 계약을 맺은 사례가 확인되었다고 밝히며 부동산 계약 (임대 또는 매매) 을 진행 시 Stamp Certificate 원본을 확인할 것을 당부하였습니다.



국세청에서 발급된 Stamp Certificate 에는 아래의 정보가 포함되어 있으며 온라인 확인 절차는 다음과 같습니다.

1) Go to e-Stamping Homepage

2) Click <Verify Stamp Certificate Authenticity> (under stamp duty resource)

3) Go to e-Stamping Homepage

4) Click <Registered User> (Under Access e-stamping)

5) Click <e-Stamping Utilities> –> Click <Verify Stamp Certificate Authenticity>
