Housing Development Board (HDB) 는 2011년 2분기 지역별 정부 아파트 임대 현황을 아래와 같이 발표하였습니다.
- : Indicates no subletting transactions in the quarter.
* : refer to cases where there are less than 10 subletting transactions in the quarter for the particular town and flat type. as such, they may not be representative

HDB는 5 room이라고 해서 Bedroom이 다섯개는 아닙니다. 실제는 3bedroom.
ex.
5 bedroom flat
Consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, storeroom.
Master bedroom comes with attached bathroom.
5 ‘A’ 135sqm/1453sqft
5 ‘I’ 123sqm/1313 sqft (floor plans: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
