Housing Development Board (HDB) 는 2011년 2분기 싱가포르 정부 아파트 (Resale) 매매가 증가율이 3.1%를 기록, 1분기 1.6%와 비교해 1.5% 상승 하였다고 발표하였습니다. 또한 COV (Cash over valuation) 가격도 상승, 평균 COV 는 $32,000 로 나타났으며 지역과 HDB 종류에 따라 최고 $95,000 까지 COV 가 책정된 것으로 나타났습니다. 일부 부동산 전문가들은 3분기에도 정부 아파트 매매가 상승은 지속될 것으로 전망하고 있으며 최고 COV 를 기록한 지역과 최저 COV 통계는 아래를 참고하시기 바랍니다.
