Agri-Food & Veterinary (AVA) 홈페이지에 나와있는 애완견 보유 허가증 (Dog Licensing) 발급 안내입니다. 싱가포르에서 3개월이 지난 애완견을 소유할 경우 반드시 보유 허가증을 취득해야 합니다.

1) Licensing requirement

애완견을 소유할 경우 반드시 AVA 에 신고 및 보유 허가증을 발부 받아야 합니다. 또한 애완견들은 소유주의 주거지에서 지내야 하며 공공 장소로 나갈 경우 소유주는 타인에게 방해가 되지 않도록 잘 관리를 해야 합니다.

지침사항

허가증은 매년 갱신절차를 거쳐야 함
애완견의 소유주나 주소가 바뀔 경우 AVA에 신고할 것
애완견이 분실되거나 사망할 경우 AVA 에 신고할 것
허가증 발급 시 명시되는 각종 사항에 만족할 것

2) Licensing of Scheduled Dogs

2010년 11월 15일부터 적용된 애완견 관리법에 따르면 Breeds of dogs (Scheduled dogs) 에 해당되는 애완견의 종류는 아래의 문서와 같으며 소유를 위해 추가적인 확인 사항이 있을 수 있습니다.

4) Banker’s Gurantee

애완견 소유주는 싱가포르 내 은행 (Local bank) 에서 허가증 발급을 위한 Bank’s Guarantee 를 신청할 수 있습니다.

5) Licensing of dogs for HDB residential premises

정부 아파트 거주 시 Housing and Development Board (Animals) 법에 의하면 허가된 애완견 (Approved small dog breed) 에 한해 1마리만 소유가 가능합니다. 위반 시 $4,000의 벌금이 부과될 수 있습니다.

6) Licensing of dogs for residential premises other than HDB premises

정부 아파트(HDB) 이외에 다른 개인 아파트 또는 주택에 거주하는 경우 애완견 3마리까지 소유가 가능합니다. 더 많은 애완견의 소유를 원하는 경우 AVA 에 따라 신고 및 허가를 받아야 합니다. (* 2010년 11월부터 적용되는 새로운 애완동물법에 의해 정부 아파트 이외에 거주할 경우도 특정 애완견 (Scheduled dog) 의 경우 1 마리만 소유가 가능합니다. 변경 된 법 이전에 허가증을 신청한 경우는 기존 3마리까지 소유가 가능합니다.)

7) Licensing of dogs for commercial premises

상업적 건물에 거주 시 애완견 3마리까지 소유가 가능합니다. 더 많은 애완견의 소유를 원하는 경우 AVA 에 따라 신고 및 허가를 받아야 합니다. (* 2010년 11월부터 적용되는 새로운 애완동물법에 의해 상업적 건물에 거주할 경우에도 특정 애완견 (Scheduled dog) 은 1 마리만 소유가 가능합니다. 변경 된 법 이전에 허가증을 신청한 경우는 기존 3마리까지 소유가 가능합니다.)

8) Fee

애완견 허가증 신청비는 아래와 같습니다.

애완견 농장이 아닌 곳에서 신청할 경우

For a dog below 5 months of age: S$14 per annum  
For a sterilised dog: S$14 per annum
For a non-sterilised dog: S$70 per annum
For a fourth or subsequent dog: S$175 per annum

애완견 농장에서 신청할 경우

More than 300 dogs on the premises: S$3,500 per annum
More than 200 dogs but not more than 300 dogs on the premises: S$1,700 per annum
More than 100 dogs but not more than 200 dogs on the premises: S$1,100 per annum
100 or fewer dogs on the premises: S$650 per annum

온라인 접수 전 추가 제출 서류를 복사해 둡니다. (예 : owners NRIC/FIN/WP, proof of address if different from ID, microchip/ sterilisation certificate)

온라인 접수 비용은 eNETs, Credit, eNETs Direct 또는 Flexipay 로 가능하며 수표를 보내실 경우 아래를 참고합니다.

* Via cheque. Please cross your cheque and make it payable to AVA or Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority. Remember to indicate your NRIC number and application number on the reverse of the cheque. Do not send postdated cheques for payment or send cash through the mail. Please note that receipts will not be issued for cheque payment(s).

위의 신청서를 다운 받아 작성 후 Centre for Animal Welfare and Control, 75 Pasir Panjang Road, Singapore 118507 로 추가제출 서류와 함께 우편으로 발송합니다. (*추가 서류에는 접수번호를 반듯이 기재해야 함)

허가증 심사가 완료된 후 결제 안내서를 우편으로 받아 볼 수 있습니다.

10)  Renewal of dog licence

애완견 허가증은 매년 갱신해야 하며 온라인으로 가능합니다.

애완견 허가증을 분실했을 경우 온라인으로 복사본 신청이 가능합니다. 비용 : S$9.45

12)  Change of address

애완견 소유주가 애완견 거주지 주소를 변경 할 경우 28일 이내에 AVA 로 신고해야 합니다.
