URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) 는 싱가포르 내 부동산 거래와 관련된 거래 정보 및 안내를 제공하는 무료 어플리케이션을 제공한다고 발표하였습니다. Iphone 또는 IPad 이용자들의 경우 App Store 를 통해 어플리케이션을 다운 받을 수 있으며 제공되는 정보는 아래와 같습니다.

1) App Store 에 들어가 검색창에 ‘Property Market Information, Singpore’ 라고 입력합니다.

2) 위의 사진에 나오는 어플리케이션을 다운받습니다.

3) 검색창을 이용해 ‘Project, Street, District, Map’ 카테고리별로 정보 검색을 할 수 있습니다.

제공 정보

- Transaction prices2 for different private housing projects by project name, street name and district;

- Rentals1 for different private housing projects by project name, street name and district; and

- The above information on transaction prices and rentals will be available on a map-base, e.g. users can see the prices of all private residential units transacted in a particular area or within a certain radius of a showflat on a map.
