Training Work Permit (TWP) 비자는 semi-skilled 또는 unskilled forign trainees 가 신청할 경우 최고 6개월까지 싱가포르에서 직업 교육 목적으로 체류가 가능한 비자입니다. 또한 싱가포르 내 private educational institutions 에서 공부하고 있는 외국 학생들도 TWP 비자 신청이 가능합니다.

*Training Work Permit 을 발급받는 경우 회사에서는 고용 보조금 (Levy) 를 지급해야 합니다.

아래에 해당되는 사람은 TWP 신청을 할 수 없습니다.

1) 외국인 중 Short term visit pass 를 가지고 싱가포르에 체류하고 있는 경우
2) $2500 이상의 급여를 받고 있거나 전문 자격 및 학위를 취득하고 있는 경우

방문접수

1) 아래의 신청서를 다운 받아 작성합니다.

2) 아래의 추가 서류를 지참해 방문 접수합니다. 자세한 내용은 아래의 신청방법을 참고 (모든 신청 서류는 영문 제출이 원칙하며 번역본이 첨부될 경우 대사관 등의 공증을 거쳐야 합니다.)

A letter from the local employer stating:

That the foreign trainee is an employee of the local company during the training period in Singapore

The training purpose and duration

That the local company will be responsible for repatriating the trainee back to the trainee’s home country once the training is completed

For trainees who are employees of a foreign company, the letter from local employers should also include:

The relationship between the local and overseas companies (e.g. subsidiary, associate, joint venture, customer, sub-contractor, etc)

Documents to show the relationship between the local and overseas companies (e.g. annual reports, tax invoices, contracts, etc.)

Foreign students studying in private educational institutions in Singapore should produce a copy of their student pass and a letter stating:

Course registration date and expected graduation date
That training is part of the course requirement
Required training period

1) 온라인신청의 경우

의 링크를 참고해접수가 가능하며 SingPass 또는 Unique Entity Number (Work Permit Online Account 신청 시 발급) 로 로그인 후 신청할 수 있습니다.

신청시$10 의 접수비가 부담되며 Visa/MasterCard 또는 eNets Debit 으로 결제가 가능합니다.

결과 확인

보통 온라인 접수 후 다음날 결과 확인이 가능하며 승인이 날 경우 Online Interim approval Letter 를 발급받게 됩니다. 해당 편지를프린트 해 추가 서류와 함께 MOM Work Pass Division 로 발송해 최종 승인을 받습니다.

2) 방문접수

비자 신청자는 Training Work Permit Application Form 과 기타 서류를 지참하여 SingPost (MOM-appointed collecting agent) 로 방문 접수합니다.

신청시 $10 의 접수비가 부담되며SingPost 에서 Visa/MasterCard 또는 eNets Debit 으로 결제가 가능합니다. 접수 마감 후 해당 서류는 MOM 으로 발송되며 승인을 기다리게 됩니다.

결과 확인

비자 승인이 날 경우 신청서에 기술된 주소지로interim approval letter 가 발송하게 됩니다. 해당 레터를 관련 서류와 함께 MOM Work Pass Division 으로 발송해 최종 승인을 받습니다.
