싱가포르 정부는 2011년 U-Save rebates 정책에 따라 정부 아파트 (HDB) 소유주에게 아래와 같이 U-Save (Utility Save) 1차 환급액을 4월 중 발송할 예정이라고 발표하였습니다. 지급 예정인 환급액은 소유하고 있는 아파트의 방 수에 따라 달라지게 되며 최소 $170 에서 최대 $220까지 환급을 받을 수 있습니다.
2011년 4월 U-Save 환급 예정액
HDB 1 Room : $170 (Total : $360)
HDB 2 Room : $170 (Total : $360)
HDB 3 Room : $220 (Total : $340)
HDB 4 Room : $210 (Total : $320)
HDB 5 Room : $200 (Total : 270)
Executive/Multi generation : $190 (Total : $235)
환급 적용대상 (Eligibility Criteria)
HDB households who fulfill all of the criteria below would qualify for the U-Save rebates:
a) Singaporean households (i.e. at least one Singapore citizen lessee/essential occupier or fully sublet to at least one Singaporean tenant); and
b) Lessees and essential occupiers or tenants of fully sublet flat do not own or share ownership in any private residential property, commercial and/or industrial property (including HDB commercial/industrial properties)
