National Library Board (NLB) 는 2011년3월 11(오전 11시부터) 세랑군 중심지에 위치한 "Mega Eco Friendly Mall, NEX" 쇼핑센터(Top Floor) 4층에 세랑군 도서관 (Serangoon Public Library) 을 운영할 예정이라고 발표하였습니다. Serangoon 근방에 거주하시는 분들은 참고하시고 자세한 도서관 정보는 아래와 같습니다.
