Singapore Accounting Standards Council (ASC) 에서 발표한 Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS) 에 따르면  2011년 1월부터 아래의 사항에 해당되는 중소기업들의 회계 절차 (audit) 가 간소화 될 예정이라고 발표하였습니다. ASC 에서는 회계 절차 간소화에 대한 설명회 및 세미나를 2011년 1월 24일 ~ 26일간 진행할 예정입니다. 설명회 등록은 ASC 홈페이지 (www.asc.gov.sg) 에서 가능합니다.

적용 대상 중소기업 (Small and Medium sized enterprises)

a. It is not publicly accountable
b. It publishes general purpose financial statements for external users and
c. It satisfies at least two of the three following criteria :

1. Total annual revenue of not more than S$10 million
2. Total gross assests of not more than S$10 million
3. Total number of employees of not more than 50
