싱가포르 교육부 산하 Education Service Division 에서 발간한 2008/2009 Education Guide 책자에 따르면 아래의 학교에 풀타임으로 재학중인 학생은 특별한 고용비자 없이 주간 16시간까지 파트타임으로 일을 할 수 있습니다.

* 방학 기간 내에는 시간에 상관없이 파트타임 일이 가능하며 (Only Above 14 years old)  장학금을 지원받아 공부를 하는 경우는 스폰서의 동의를 구한 후 파트타임 일을 할 수 있습니다.

* 최종 시험 결과 및 졸업식을 기다리는 동안 일을 할 경우 반드시 Controller of Work Passes 의 허락을 받아야 합니다. (Work Pass Division)

* 아래의 리스트는 학교 사정 (리스트에서 제외 및 기타 사유) 과 교육부의 방침에 따라 변경이 될 수 있으므로 교육부와 학교 교무과에 파트타임으로 일을 할 수 있는지 필히 확인요함.
