싱가포르 세관 (Singapore Customs) 은 통관 절차 위반시 아래와 같이 벌금을 적용하고 있사오니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

1) Failure to declare or making an incorrect declaration of cigatettes

1차 위반 : $200 per packet or per 20 sticks or part thereof
2차 위반 : $500 per packet or per 20 sticks or part thereof
3차 위반 : $1,000 per packet or per 20 sticks or part thereof

2) Failure to declare or making an incorrect declaration of dutiable goods other than cigatettes

1차 위반 : 10 times the duty amount
2차 위반 : 15 times the duty amount
3차 위반 : 15 times the duty amount
(Subject to a minimum of $50

3) Failure to declare or making an incorrect declaration of non-dutiable goods

10 tims the GST amount (Subject to a minimum of $50)

4) Leaving Singapore in a Singapore registered motor vehicle with less than three quarter tank full of motor spirit

1차 위반 : $100
2차 위반 : $300
3차 위반 : $500

The driver must turn back to fill up the fuel supply tank up to tree quarter tank full before he is allowed to leave singapore with the motor vehicle

5) Possessing, Buying or smoking illegal cigarettes

1차 위반 : $500 per packet or per 20 sticks or part thereof
2차 위반 : $1000 per packet or per 20 sticks or part thereof
3차 위반 : $2000 per packet or per 20 sticks or part thereof

6) Possessing, Buying or smoking illegal goods other than cigarettes

1차 위반 : 10 times the duty amount
2차 위반 : 15 times the duty amount
3차 위반 : 20 times the duty amount
