한국에서 싱가포르로 애완동물 (개, 고양이, 새, 토끼..) 을 반입하기 위해서는 Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore, AVA  에서 발행하는 라이센스를 받아야 합니다.

통상 온라인 신청은 결격 사유가 없는한 2~3일이 소요되며 비용은 S$50 입니다.

* 2010년 1월부터 개정된 애완동물 (개, 고양이) 반입 절차가 적용 됩니다. 국가별로 4개의 카테고리로 분류해 심사를 진행하게 되오니 (한국의 경우 카테고리 D) 해당 국가에서 애완 동물을 반입하는 경우 아래의 안내를 참고하시기 바랍니다.

Australia, New Zealand, Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom

CATEGORY B
Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, USA (Guam and Hawaii only)

CATEGORY C
Belgium, Canada, Netherlands, Spain, United States of America (except Guam and Hawaii)

CATEGORY D
All countries other than those listed in Categories A, B or C


애완동물 반입시 필요사항

1) Import Licence (온라인 접수)
2) Veterinary Health Certification (수의사가 발행한 검진서) - 세부내용 원본 문서 참조
3) Quarantine (예방접종, 출발 30일 이내)
4) Notification of Arrical (애완동물 주인은 도착 5일이전에 Quarantine Office 로 연락)
5) 기타 세부사항 (위의 링크 참조)

* 싱가포르에 도착 후 애완동물 반입에 필요한 서류를 제출 (예 : Import Licence, Health Certificates) 및 심사후 결격 사유가 없을경우 애완동물은 Sembawang Animal Quarantine Station 으로 이동하게 됨
* 반입에 적합한 서류가 첨부되지 않았거나 애완동물의 건강에 문제가 있을수 있다고 판단시 일정기간 (2 weeks) 동안 자체 검사 후 반입했던 국가로 출국 조치가 되게 됩니다.

반입에 드는 요금 (카테고리 A, B, C, D 동일 적용)

1) Import Licence

Commercial Purposes - $87 per consignment
Personal effects - $50 per consignment

2) Veterinary Inspection and processing of document

Professional service fee - $133 per hour or part thereof  (outside office hours or urgent case), $63 per hour or part there of (any other case)
Technical service fee - $80 per hour or part there of (outside office hours or urgent case), $38 per hour or part there of (any other case)

3) Accomodation (Changi Animal and Plant Quarantine Unit) - $26.25 per dog or Cat (with feed) for 1 day

4) Transport Charge (From Changi Animal & Plant Quarntine Unit -> Sembawang Animal Quarantine Station) - $74 per animal per trip

5) Rabies Vaccination - $65 per animal

6) Quarantine Fees - $16.80 per animal (Non-air conditioned, with feed), $26.25 per animal (Air conditioned with feed)

7) Licence Fee for dogs other than in Dog Farms

For a dog below 5 months of age - $14 per annum
For a sterilized dog - $14 per annum
For a non-sterilized dog - 70 per annum
For a fourth or subsequent dog - $175 per annum
For the replacement of a badge - $12
