아래의 Housing Development Board (HDB) 홈페이지 Resale Flat Prices 조회 링크를 클릭하시면 지난 1년간 정부 아파트 매매가 정보를 확인해 볼수 있습니다.
This e-service enables you to check past 1-year resale transacted prices. The objective is to assist potential resale flat buyers and sellers in making informed decisions, taking into account the prevailing trends in the HDB resale market.
The data is based on approved resale applications and is updated on the 1st and 16th of each month.
You can also access the SISVs Nation Property Portal to look for resale flats available for sale and for flat owners to post their flats for sale
