World Economic Forum (WEF) 에서 발표한 The Global Information Technology Report 에 따르면 개인, 기업, 정부에서 정보통신 정보를 가장 효율성 있게 이용할수 있는 국가 순위중 싱가포르가 2위, 한국이 15위로 나타났습니다. TOP 15 국가 순위는 아래와 같습니다.
