Singapore Institute of Technology 는 총 5곳의 폴리테크닉 (Polytechnics) 으로 구성된 기술 대학교 캠퍼스를 올해 8월중에 오픈할 예정이라고 발표하였습니다. 우선 아래의 5곳의 외국 대학교에서 파트너쉽으로 진행하는 8 코스의 학위 (Degree) 프로그램이 제공될 예정이며 연 학비는 S$11,000 (학과에 따라 다를수 있음) 로 예상되고 있습니다. 학교측은 2015년 까지는 총 2,000 여명의 학생들이 풀타임으로 공부할수 있는 시설을 확충한다고 합니다.

파트너쉽 대학교

- The UK’s Newcastle University will offer three degrees in marine engineering with Ngee Ann Poly

- Singapore Poly will have tie—ups with Germany’s Technische Universitt Mnchen and the Digipen Institute of Technology

- Temasek Poly will conduct degree programmes with the University of Nevada, Las Vegas as well as the Culinary Institute of America.

- Some universities, like the DigiPen Institute of Technology, already offer degrees here. But these will eventually be offered through the Singapore Institute of Technology, with classes held at the polytechnics.
