Singapore Las Vegas Sands (SLVS) 는 2010년 4월 27일(화) 부터 S$7.7 billion 예산을 들인 Marnina Bay IR 의 카지노와 호텔 그리고 일부 쇼핑 시설들을 오픈할 예정이라고 발표하였습니다. 963 개의 호텔룸과 쇼핑몰, 식당들이 우선 오픈될 예정이며 6월 23일 이후부터는 Sky park, Waterfront plaza 외 다른 시설들도 이용이 가능하게 됩니다.

- 5월 2일 ~ 5일 : Event, Inther-Pacific Bar Association 20th Annual Conference

- 6월 23일 : Opening Sky Garden, Sand Skypark, Event Plaza and other shops and outlets

- 10월중 : Disneys The Lion King to open two theatres

- 12월 : Marina Bay Sands Museum to open
