| 내용 | Im after a female flatmate to share Yishun Emerald condo until July 2007.
the condo has free shuttle bus to Yishun MRT station every 15mins and it takes me 35mins to get to my office at Novena Square.
this condo has literally everything including steam room, jacuzzi, karaoke, swimming pool, tennis court, club house, gym, BBQ area etc.
im a first tenant in this apartment and unit itself is still brand new...as i dont stay at home often..^^;;
the room im renting out has nice wooden furniture and own bath room.
id like to get someone i can get along well and easily, feeling like staying with good old friend.
