Suitable for small famiy or students -Owner background: the owner family is working overseas thus the whole apartment can be legally rented out to legal residents in singapore -Rental: $1200 per month for the whole apartment or $900 for the whole apartment with one room locked. utilities and any other bills are excluded in the rental. Tenants are responsible for all bills incured during their stay. -Contract: The apartment is ready for moving in on 1st June 2006. contract will be signed on a yearly-basis.
