굉장히 높은 층에 있어서 바람도 잘 통하구요.

HDB 라서 이웃도 조용해요.

시내에서 일하시는 분은 사무실 걸어다닐수도 있습니다 : )

정말 최상의 위치인거 같아요.

렌트는 1200불이구요.

플랫에 필요한 유틸리티나 그 외 화장지 같은건 매달 나눕니다       .

(그동안 어떻게 나눴는지 엑셀 파일 보여드릴 수 있어요)

This room is for only one person

Utility + Internet + TV + A/C cleaning every 3 month + other stuff for the flat (like toilet paper and cleaning stuff) will be shared with me (I can show excel file that my current flatmate and I tracked down so that you can know roughly how much)

Room is fully furnished (Queen sized bed, desk, A/C, drawer and wardrobe)

I am from Korea and working in SG

My current flatmate and I had good time in this flat and became good friends but she is leaving Singapore in December … so I am looking for a new person to stay in her room

This flat is on high floor so it is windy but our neighbors are quiet … so I am looking for someone who is very clean, quiet and willing to take care of the flat with me and who can respect each other’s privacy

Minimum 6 months + One month deposit required (If you want to move out, 2-month notification is required)

Tanjong Pagar MRT

The new shopping mall opening above Tanjong Pagar MRT (Heard new Virgin Active will open soon)

100 AM (Usually use for Fitness First and Fair Price and Food court)

A lot of eateries (Warning … you can gain some weight if you live here …)

Can walk to Duxton Hill, China Town, Club St, Keong Saik road so no need to worry about getting a taxi back home after hanging out late night

If you are walking in CBD area, then you can walk to your office so no more crowded MRT every morning !

To be honest … I think this is the best location to stay … very convenient since everything is so close
