Looking for housemate for Tiong Bahru - Common room looking for working professional (Male/Female ) to share our lovely home. Our home is a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, nice living area and fully functional kitchen currently occupied by 2 persons (one male and one female in early 30s - white collar foreign expat professionals). Only tenants and no landlord, so house rules are flexible. We look for a new housemate that likes privacy, is clean and appreciates a relaxed lifestyle at home. We like to have our space so it will only be 3 people sharing the house! A cleaner will come to clean our common areas once every few weeks arranged by the main tenant and utilities will be equally shared per quarter. Location & Transport: We are located close to city in Tiong bahru area (close to Chinatown, Harbourfront and CBD/central business district). The bus stop is 1 min walk across the street, MRT is 6-8 min walk and closest MRT stations are Tiong Bahru MRT and Outram Park MRT. Convenient supermarket and shopping centre is within walkable distance near MRT. Clark Quay is 10 min taxi ride, Vivo city is also 15 min taxi ride, Orchard road and Marina Bay is around 15-20 min taxi ride. Tiong bahru is famous for it’s cool hangouts, brunch places and cafes.
