Novena역 근처에 위치하고있는 Private apartment입니다.

주인이 함께 살지 않고 여자분들만 사는 Flat입니다.

사용후에 정리만 잘해주신다면 취사도 언제든지 자유롭게 가능합니다.

입주는 2월 21일부터 가능합니다.

- Hi I have a huge MASTER ROOM (ensuite) for rent in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by greenery, and less than 10 mins WALK to Novena MRT & Balestier road (where you can find all sorts of Local street food).

You can COOK as much as you like and there is no restriction on laundry washing, but please clean up after yourselves as the apartment is kept really CLEAN. 

No smoking, No pets, No fee payable. No live-in Landlord.

This place is peaceful & tranquil as it is and a sanctuary for winding down after work & school.  Live with 3 other friendly & easy going flatmates.
