You can COOK as much as you like and there is no restriction on laundry washing, but please clean up after yourselves as the apartment is kept really CLEAN.  

FREE - Utility, Wifi and House-keeping are provided free.  No smoking, No pets, No fee payable. No live-in Landlord.

We don't party as we prefer to keep this place peaceful & tranquil as it is and a sanctuary for us to wind down after work.  

There is no overcrowding here as we kept the number of flat-mate to 4 persons, in a 4 bed-rooms private apartment.

Rent - $1050/month. (all included). Available - 1 Jan 2016.
