여자분들만 사는 flat 이고 주인도 함께 살지 않아서 자유롭습니다.

Hi, We have bed-space in a HUGE shared room in an WALK-UP Private apartment.  We are really just less than 12 mins WALK to Orchard Central/313 Somerset/ SOMERSET & DHOBY GUAT MRT, you will find living here a breeze as it's near to everything (Transport, Food, Grocery, Cafe, Yoga studio).

This is a FOR GIRLS ONLY apartment and has 4 bedrooms with 02 Bathrooms for sharing and you are FREE TO COOK and do your LAUNDRY.   Wifi and house-keeping are provided free.

No Live-in Landlord, No smoking, No Pets, No Agent fee.

You will be living with 03 other girls who don't party as we would like to keep this place peaceful and tranquil for study and unwind after work.  

 Lastly this is an OLD apartment with NO pool & gym but you can be sure to get a HUGE ROOM that is equivalent to the size of 06 QUEEN size bed.
