Thanks for taking the time to read up. I’m looking for any friends that would be interested in renting 1-2 bedrooms in a 3 bedroom (2 bathroom) unit in Holland Village. The Merasaga is a fully equipped development with a full size lap pool, sauna, tennis court, bbq pit, squash court (with basketball hoop), and jogging trail. There are three towers, each 8 floors in height. The unit I’m offering is a top floor unit in the first tower. Nearby amenities are Holland Village MRT (2 minutes), Holland Village (4 minutes), and the development itself is in the Chip Bee Gardens vicinity that has a bunch of nice restaurants with a butcher. Timing wise, we would be able to move in around mid-December, just before the New Year. Finally on price, I’m looking for 1.6-2k per bedroom. This will include parking (1 lot avail), wifi, utilities, and a partially furnished unit (laundry, dryer, fridge, I’ll share the full list if you’re interested). All I ask in return is that you be a chill and flexible flatmate, clean up after yourself, and don’t rave at 3am on a Wednesday night. Thanks for reading up, let me know if you’re interested!
