I'm looking for housemate, location is next to Kembangan MRT Station (Astoria Park Condo), the available rooms is a common room with no owners staying.

Less than 30 Seconds walk to the EastWest line MRT (Kembangan station), bus station and Taxi stand from the Condo, This is a recommend location to those who want to reduce the commuting time every day.

14 minutes to the City Hall station, 15 minutes to Changi Airport from where we are.

Cooking in the Kitchen if you can keep it clean. In addition, There is a sofa and large TV in the large living room, which you can use, Shared toilet & Furnished room.

The facilities in the condo include gym, pool, BBQ pit, tennis court. In addition, a small convenient store (cheers) just next to the condo and a 3-5 minute walk to a 24h supermarket (fairprice).

Drugstore, ATM and AXS Machine is in the MRT station itself.
