Agent fee 없습니다. 주요 장점: -> 호텔식queen-sized divan 침대와 단단한 고급mattress가 있어 매우 편히 잘 수 있고, 깨끗하고 새물건 같은 넓은 옷장 2개가 있어 여성분들도 사용하기 좋습니다. -> 마루에는 아늑하고 편한 소파, 식탁, 의자, 삼성 32” LCD TV -> 최신형 가스 렌지가 있어 불도 쎄고 깨끗하고 편리합니다. 가스통을 사용하고, 2달전 채웠습니다. -> Bosch 세탁기 + 열건조기가 합쳐져있어 장마철에도 출근 전에 빨래 넣고 가거나밤 늦게도 빨래하기 편합니다. -> 100 Mbps (국제 속도도 100Mbps) 라우터 포함한 광케이블 인터넷이 설치 되어 있고, 월$60 만 내시면 됩니다 -> 아직 1년 안된 에어콘이 각 침실에 있고, 1번 서비스 했으며, 새 물건인만큰 전력 소모가 효율적입니다. 전기세는 한달 평균 $100 -> 부엌뒤로는 뻥 뚤려있어 집안으로 시원한 바람이 잘 들어오고 공기도 좋습니다. -> 집 구조상 앞문, 마루, 작은방은 북향이고, 부엌과 큰방은 남향입니다 -> 저희는 이곳에서 매우 만족스러운 생활을 했기 때문에, 여건과 선호도가 저희와 비슷한 전문 직종의 한국인 부부가 있으시다면 적극 추천 드리고 싶습니다. 위치가 매우 좋습니다: -> 도시 중심가에서 일하시는 분께 아주 접합합니다 – 지하철로 집에서부터Raffles Place MRT까지 30분이내로 갑니다 -> 택시로 Raffles Place MRT까지 14 min, 저녁에는12분 -> 먹거리가 주변에 아주 많습니다, 호커 스톨 50개 이상. 1 min 거리에 맛있는chicken rice, mee goreng , 4분거리에laksa, roti prata, yong tau foo, etc -> 2 분거리에 과일 가게, 철물점, 편의점, 옷수선, 등-> 4 mins (300m) to Sheng Shiong -> 8분 거리 (700m) 에Queenstown Swimming Complex (입장료 $1) - 올림픽 크기의 아주 깨끗하고 붐비지 않는 50m 수영장 - 경기용 크기의 400m 고무 표면의 달리기 운동장과 축구장 -> 8 분거리 (8 정거장) 버스로 Botanical Gardens까지 -> 1.7 km 거리에Kent Ridge Park. 이 공원은Henderson Waves와 연결되어Mount Faber까지 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. -> 12 분거리 (13 정거장) 버스로 Orchard MRT까지 이사짐 팔기 (아래의 물건 다 사시면 대폭 할인해 드립니다) -> double-sized IKEA 소파 침대 ($250) -> 2 wooden storage benches ($50 each) -> 책장 ($40) -> IKEA 책상 ($40) -> 높은 적히는 의자 ($40) -> extra clothing hanger rack ($30) -> 신발장 ($30) -> 빨랫대 ($20) -> 산업용 제습기 ($100) – 집 전체 제습 3시간이면 끝 ---> 2013.2.12 팔렸습니다 -> 롤러 블레이드 2개 ($80 each, US 6 ½ & 9) -> Ogawa 맛사지 의자 ($1000) – 3년전 가격 $3200 Nice clean fully furnished designer deco renovated HDB in quiet neighborhood, 5 mins (400m) to Commonwealth MRT for $2700/month + 1 month deposit, no agent fees. Location is great: -> Perfect for those working in the city, less than 30 mins door to door to Raffles Place -> 14 min taxi to Raffles Place, 12 mins in the evening -> 1 min to many hawker stalls (about 50 stalls within 5 minutes) – best chicken rice, mee goreng, laksa, roti prata, yong tau foo, etc -> 2 mins to fruits shops, tailors, convenience stores, hardware stores -> 4 mins (300m) to Sheng Shiong -> 8 mins (700m) to Queenstown Swimming Complex ($1 entry) - clean Olympic sized 50m pool - full-sized 400m rubber running track excellent for exercising -> 8 min (8 stops) bus ride to Botanical Gardens -> 1.7 km to Kent Ridge Park, which connects to Henderson Waves, and links all the way to Mount Faber -> 12 min (13 stops) bus ride to Orchard MRT Moving sale (which we can sell at discount to you if you can take all) -> a large double sized IKEA sofa bed ($250) -> 2 wooden storage benches ($50 each) -> bookshelf ($40) -> ikea desk ($40) -> high foldable chair ($40) -> extra clothing hanger rack ($30) -> shoe rack ($30) -> clothes drying rack ($20) -> industrial strength dehumidifier ($100) ----> Sold on 2 Feb 2013 -> 2 roller blades ($80 each, US 6 ½ & 9) -> Ogawa massage chair ($1000) Call / Sms now @ 8611 5705 for immediate viewing !!
