Quiet and clean Small room with attached bathroom/toilet available for a single lady in "The Rivervale" Condo near to Buangkok MRT Station. 1) Rent $750 including internet, PUB(water, electric and gas) 2) Room has a single bed, two door wardrobe, writing table, long mirror and aircooler 3) cooking is allowed 4) kitchen has refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. 5) Big swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis court and 24 hours security. No owner staying.The flat mates are Japanese and Taiwanese ladies who are friendly and helpful. It takes 7 mins to walk to the Buangkok MRT station. Near to supermarket and food court.
