The common room was spacious and was fully furnished with air-con, tv, standing fan, a single bed, 3-door wardrobe and a big study table.
It comes with a roller blind as well.
We are young couple with no kid. It is a 5 executive apartment, comes with 4 rooms and a balcony.
We dont allow cooking but can boil water and heat up of food using mircowave.
A laundry bag will be provided. The laundry area comes with washing machine and dryer.
The toilet comes with a water heater.
My place is abt 3-4 bus stops away from the Boon Lay Mrt and Jurong Point. The frequency of the bus is very fast as it is to accommodate to the NTU student nearby, hence you do not have to wait long for the bus during the rush-hour.
Next to my block is a huge piece of green pasture. Cool and gentle breeze, ideally for people who are keen on evening jog / walk.
Rental : $700 inclusive of all electric and water bills.(single pax)
