Every room has a strong wifi.

The rent is $980 include all utility bills ,aircon services and wifi. Cooking is ok . My maid will come to clean the living hall and kitchen every week .Almost every thing in the house are provided. You just need to bring the luggage. My condo has 24 hours security , big swimming pool, gym and sauna .

The flatmates are Japanese, Indonesian and a vietnamese. They are helpful and friendly .As the tenants are ladies no male visitor is allow . I am the owner but I don’t stay there.
