We are looking for a housemate! We (2 Korean male + 1 Chinese female) are moving into a 3 bedroom unit (10th floor) in KOVAN REGENCY condo on July 1, and have a common room available. The condo is a new development, completed in 2016. The condo is located in a beautiful neighbourhood with local amenities and public transport all within walking distance: -5 minutes to KOVAN mrt -5 minutes to the bus stop (82, 136, 153, 80, 113, 112, 101, 81, 107, 107M) -5 minutes to the Heartland Mall, hawker Centre, and coffee shops (e.g. Lola’s Cafe) You can enjoy the condo’s facilities including: -Swimming pool -Gym -Barbecue area, etc. The unit is furnished with all the white furniture including a mattress (singe or queen) and bed frame. We are friends from the same Master's program and currently working in a tech, consulting firm, and hedge fund.
