- Tanjong Ria Condo is conveniently located on Tanjong Rhu Road (1 bus stop to Stadium MRT or 7 min walk across the river). 

- 20 minutes to CBD

- Quick access to Downtown if you change to blue line at Bayfront

- Only 5 stops to Dobby Ghaut (yellow line)

- There are 2 big malls at Stadium MRT - Kallang Wave and Kallang Leasure Park.

Condo

The condo has all necessary facilities (pool, gym, tennis court, security, parking and as a bonus - rooftop function area with amazing view on Marina Bay Sands!).

Apartment 

It’s a huge 3BD flat with corridor, spacious living room with dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry and storage room.

The common room has a queen size bed, closets and a big window. You would share a bathroom with 1 person. No strange house rules, just keep it tidy and be respectful to others.

Utilities are not included in the price. (about $70 a month)
