저희학원에 저랑 나이가 같은 어떤 여자분은 비자를 신청하고 수강도 함께 했었거든요. 즉 비자가 없이도 바로 학원수업을 받았거든요. 그러다가 학원에서 신청한 학생비자가 거부당하니까 환불해주던데요 ~   학생비자에 대한 돈을 지불하셨다면 그쪽에서 책임지 고 해줄 의무가 있는데 자신들의 잘못으로 그게 안되었기때문에 학원비에 대해서는 환불 을 해주더라구요. 물론 비자신청에 대한 비용은 제외했지만 ... 하지만 제가 그 학원의 약관에 대해서는 알수가 없으니 참 어렵네요. 여러가지 경우의 수가 있을 수 있겠습니다. 지금 글만 봐서는 뭐라 말씀을 드리기가 힘들겠네요.　　　　　

1. 건강 진단서는 한국에서 영문으로 발급 받으면 상관 없구요...    다음 내용이 포함되어야 한답니다. 가. 피검자 인적사항(Personal Particulars)  성명 / 생년월일 / 주민등록번호 + 여권번호 / 혹시 비자 승인받을 때 FIN No. 받았으면 함께 기재하면 금상첨화겠지요. 나. Social Pass는 한국인에겐 원칙적으로 3개월간 연장이 되는 것으로 되어 있구요...
