작년과 변경된 부분이 있어 글 남기니 등록을 준비하시는 분들은 참고하세요.
외국인에 해당되는 phase 3의 경우만 올립니다.

위 site에서 발췌하였고 phase 3에 해당되는 내용은 아래와 같습니다.
Phase 3
Places will be balloted according to the following order of priority:
(a) Children who are Singapore Citizens
(b) Children who are Singapore Permanent Residents
(c) Children who are not Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
Within each of the above categories, balloting will be conducted if applications exceed the number of vacancies. For categories (a) and (b), balloting will be conducted according to the order of priority based on the home-school distance category for Phases 2A to 2C Supplementary. For category (c), if the number of applications exceeds the number of places, priority will first be accorded to a child with a sibling already in the primary school, followed by a child with at least one parent who is a Singapore Citizen. Thereafter, balloting will be conducted regardless of home-school distance.
Balloting will be conducted one day after Phase 3 registration. The parents of children who have not been able to obtain a place at their school of choice after the balloting can approach another school with remaining vacancies to register. Registration will be done on a first-come-first-served basis.
작년에는 phase 3에 남아있는 잔여석 보다 지원자가 많으면 추첨을 하고 탈락자는 MOE에서 지정해 주는 학교로 변경없이 다니는 것으로 했었는데 작년에 불평이 많았는지 올 해는 방법을 바꾸었네요.
그리고 나머지 내용들도 작년 보다 더 외국인들에게 불리하게 바뀌었고요.
즉, phase 3에 잔여석 있는 학교를 찾아 (가능한 집에서 가까운 곳으로, 싱가폴리언이나 PR있는 사람들이 덜 지원할 것 같은 학교로) 8/29일에 지원하고 8/30일에 결과를 확인한 후 만일, 탈락되었으면 공석이 남아있는 학교에 직접 찾아가서 등록을 해야 합니다.
참 복잡하네요. 다들 좋은 결과 있기 바래요.
