안녕하세요,
Agent fee 관련해서 소개받은 Agent에게 아래와같이 안내받았습니다.
일단 결론은 한달치 렌트비를 소개비로 지급해야한다는데 맞는지해서요...
어떤데는 렌트비가 3,000이 넘어가면 Tenant는 안내도 된다고 해서요.
혹시 잘 알고계신분 답변부탁드릴께요~~~~

제가 알고있는 Guideline
Private Properties Rental - Singapore
Landlord : 1 months gross rental (1 months gross rental for lease between 12months to 24months, plus additional 1/2 month for every subsequent 12months lease. 1/2 months gross rental for lease less than 12months.)
Tenant : 1/2 months gross rental (as service fee)(applicable for rental 3,000 & below per month)
1. Payment upon execution of tenancy agreement. 2. For Co-broke transaction ($3000 & below ) : landlords agent collect commission from landlord and tenants agent from tenant. If rent is above $3000, landlords agent shall pay 1/2 to co-broking agent.

The attached information on the fee structure is a guideline. It has been practiced when agents are allowed to dual represent both LL and Tenant and collects fees from both sides. Therefore, collection of fees from tenant is classified as service fees. To ensure better market practice, dual representation is strictly not allowed since about 2 years ago. The tenant will normally pay the same fees as the LL.
In practice on the cobroking, Landlords agent would work with agents who will be collecting fees from the Tenant. This is especially so for property in the range of $3000 to $3500. Moreover, LLs agent do not cobroke for leases up to a year.

ehdtj (qkrdbal)전 한달에 3500불 렌트인데 에이젼피 안줬어요. 집주인 에이젼하고 나눠갖는걸로 알고있어요.

슈가슈가 (wsuwsu)1년 계약일 경우는 줘야 한다고 하네요.. 2년 계약일시는 집주인이 냅니다.
