안녕하세요 저는 이지 룸메이트하고 한국촌 벼룩시장 두개로 번갈아 가면서 집을 찾는 중인데요. 그리고 제가 지금 싱가폴 처음이라서 아는게 하나두 없거든요. 그래서 좀 이게 신뢰할수있는건지 아닌지좀 봐달라구 ㅠㅠ질문 올립니다. 도버에있는 500불짜리 콘도인데요. 첫번째 그집 내놓은 주인에게서 받은 메일입니다 이 메일읽고 뭔가 신뢰가 가서 답장을 했거든요. Thanks for your interest in my apartment. I am Miss Karen,Me and my boyfriend own the property and used to stay in the apartment but right now,we are currently in the United Kingdom due to a contract we have over there and my boyfriend is a British guy. We will be there for a long while until we complete out mission but we can fly down to the Singapore for you to view anytime you want to.All bills are included in the rent(water,electricity, high speed internet connection and much more).   Note that we have several properties around the world and we are well-to-do and that is why we are offering cheap rent to those in need of cheap and affordable rent especially students as we are not really after the money at all as we are aware that what shall it profit a man to gain the world and loose his soul.Also,what country are you at the moment and what is your contact phone number?And let us know if you are interested in one,two or all the three room.    Also attached are a few pictures of the inside. We will like to let you know there are other interested candidates like you so get back to us urgently. Also,we will like to know how many months you intend staying. Awaiting your urgent reply so that we can discuss on how to meet so that we can travel down to Singapore and take you round our apartment for viewing because it is under lock and key and you can only see the outside for now but not the inside because the keys are with us. But you can walk by at anytime to see our apartment. Once again,thanks for your interest and you are most welcome. 그러고 제가 답장을하고, Thanks for your interest in our property once again. I will like to let You know that there are some other interested candidates but you are among the top candidates after reading through your last email and I see you sound responsible but note that we will only deal on a first come first serve basis. If you really want my apartment,you will have to make a refundable security and damage deposit of $2000 SGD(SINGAPOREAN DOLLARS) via bank transfer or money gram money transfer and immediately after I confirm that the deposit has truly been sent by you,i will reserve my property for you and me and my boyfriend will be on our way to Singapore and so that we know you are really serious as you sound and also capable of paying the rent and I will shelve aside other interested candidates who may pay the deposit before you if you are not fast enough. The reason for these actions is that I had a bitter experience recently in the hands of one so-called interested candidate who made me and my boyfriend come down from London claiming he was interested in our property and on getting to Singapore,we waited for him at the meeting spot and the idiot ended up wasting our precious time and money coming to Singapore only for him to call later on that he was sorry and that he will not be able to rent our property anymore because the person he was expecting money from disappointed him so we have resolved that anybody interested in our property must show signs of seriousness by paying a deposit of  refundable security and damage deposit of $2000 SGD before we travel down to Singapore or reserve our property for such person. I will forward a copy of my ID in a separate email to you for the purpose of trust. At the moment,we are still trying to recover from the bitter experience we had recently in the hands of that man so after making the transfer,get back to me with the evidence that you have made the deposit by forwarding a copy of the transfer receipt and after confirmation that the transfer has been truly done,I will issue a receipt to you as an evidence of payment of the refundable security and damage deposit then when I get to Singapore and after viewing,we will sign the necessary documents. I am also aware there is a small fee for the bank transfer of money gram money transfer charges.I promise to refund that also to you when I arrive in Singapore so let me know how much the transfer charges will be. Note that the security and damage deposit is refundable after the end of your stay in our property and there are no damages. 이메일을 받았는데, 대충 내용은 디파짓 내란거고 아니 계약한 것도 아니고 만난 것도 아니고 집을 본 것도 아니고 ID 사진을 보내주긴 했는데 이 디파짓을 믿고 보내야 합니까 ..?
