A degree in Finance or Accounting would be essential. At least 2 years of work experience, exposure in Leasing or Financial Accounting support function across Asia Pacific would be highly advantageous. You must have a positive attitude and have a strong commitment for getting results to be successful in this position. Proficiency in English and Korean is essential. To succeed in this role, a proven track record with regard to team work is essential. The candidate is required to be hands on, and the overall responsibilities include:- • Work as part of the Asia Pacific Centralized Operations Team based in Singapore and help support APAC business • Scanning, uploading & filing of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong & Taiwan’s contracts/ Lease Schedules in Archival Tool and update status in financial system • Help administer monthly invoices for several countries such as Korea, Malaysia and Hong Kong • Sorting and filing of bank statements for APAC captives • Monitor Accounts Receivables and raise penalty charges billing for APAC captives • Managing metrics and business reports to management and stakeholders on penalty billing and wavier • Managing administrative matters of Chief Operations Officer please contact to Choi (libbyya@msn.com) | ||
