내용 Title: Senior Technical Support Analyst Location: Sydney Type: Full Time Job Code: CS-C315-APAC Description: As a member of the salesforce.com Client Services Team, you will be responsible for responding to clients with problems that may occur with their salesforce.com.  This dynamic team, in multiple shifts, is responsible for 24X7 support for our global customers. You will answer customer calls, assist clients in isolating problems and walk-through corrective steps with client.  You will also be responsible for expanding the salesforce.com Knowledge Base by documenting problems and resolutions such that other clients may be able to self-diagnose their own problems in the future.   Successful candidates will learn how to effectively handle many calls, process them efficiently, and help build a world-class Client Services organization. Required Skills: •        BA/BS Degree •        3-5 years experience in technical support organization •        Excellent communication/problem solving skills •        Demonstrated, strong interpersonal skills •        Troubleshooting and analysis skills •        Ability to read, develop, troubleshoot and debug software in Visual Basic and Java •        Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot internet protocols including XML, SOAP, Web Services, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, SMTP •        Familiarity with development environments including Visual Studio, Jbuilder, and others •        Familiar with CRM industry and ASP models •        Fluency in English and Chinese   Desired Skills: •        Experience using network troubleshooting tools such as ping, traceroute and nslookup •        Knowledge and experience working with LAN/WAN infrastructure technologies, Web Hosting, LAN/WAN, T1 •        Experience supporting large scale TCP/IP/LAN/WAN environment. •        Solid understanding of routers, firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers Please email Jeffrey Wang at jwang@salesforce.com
