내용 | We have a vacancy for customer service to be based in Singapore. Location: Beach Road Working days: 5 days (8:30~17:30) Vital roles: - Support Korean manager for marketing & Sales related communications with Korean distributors - Handle daily sales related inquiry from customers or distributors, such as product inquiry, sample/quotation request, quality issue and ensure timely delivery - Prepare sales quotation / Sales Order & Purchase order processing - Responsible for order fulfilment and ensuring accurate input into system - Verifying customer purchase order against quotation to ensure accuracy - Generate invoices, delivery order, purchase order and packing list - Liaise with suppliers / customers / sales person on discrepancies - Other general sales administrative functions as and when assigned Requirement: • Good command of English and Korean • Experience with SAP will be an added advantage • Proactive with strong initiative, good positive attitude, hardworking and ability to multi-task • A team player who is hands-on & meticulous in his/her work and willing to learn and work beyond job scope when necessary • Able and willing to travel * Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
