내용 | Technical Support Analysts: Korean Natives to act as a focal point within the call centre team providing technical resolution to our clients users in Korea. You will perform first level support on desktop issues and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. You will work in a with multi-language call centre environment. Requirements: 1. Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology related subjects. 2. Strong technical competency in Windows 2000 operating system and above. 3. Competent in resolving PC hardware issues and standard desktop /office applications. 4. Must have at least 2 years helpdesk / customer service experience 5. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills aswell as ability to work under pressure. 6. Able to speak fluent English .
