Permanent Part Time Native Korea Claims Specialist Since 1995 Our Company has charted a pioneering path in the field of outsourced telecommerce with exemplary talents, excellent tools and expert technology. Serving largely companies in the financial, IT and telecommunication sectors; we specialize in generating high sales growth, improving call centre performance and profit generating customer service. We are hiring a permanent Part Time Claims Specialist to work 4.5 hours per day from Monday to Friday (Either from 8.30am to 1pm OR 1.30pm to 6.00pm - We will advise when signing the Letter of Offer). Job Responsibilities 1. Auditing and approving of licensee claims in IION from regional countries 2. Helpdesk for licensees’ query on claim status 3. Ensure claims are processed accurately and timely 4. Perform claims renew 5. Enforce compliance 6. Ensure payment request meet the Terms and Conditions of program 7. Build customer relationship between licensees and responds to their requirements and enquiries 8. Problem solving for enquiries and complaints Job Requirements 1. Diploma and above in any discipline 2. Proficient in English and Korean 3. Good writing skills in English and Korean 4. Minimum 6 months experience in customer service and sales experience is an advantage 5. Preferable to have some Banking or Finance background 6. Good attitude and pleasant personality 7. Ability to cope with stress 8. PC literate 9.
