For more information, pls refer to www.fareast.com.sg Job Position : Sales and Marketing Executive Sex : Female The individual has to encompass the following qualities: - Tenacious and resourceful to develop sale channels and leads for Far East Organisation’s residential properties. - Flair for sales and marketing. - Strong Stamina for sales work. - Strong analytical mind to dissect and present on latest market information and trends. - Dilligent in keeping abreast all latest news that will affect overseas real estate investment sentiments. - Experience in marketing or sales of education products, financial products, real estate products is preferred Resposiblilites : · Responsible for Sales of Singapore Residential Properties in Singapore · Plan and implement market studies and marketing programmes, appoint and monitor sales agents and marketing channels. · Organise events, seminars, presentations to potential customers. · Keep abreast of all economic news, property trends, regulations and consumer patterns that may affect overseas investment in properties.
