[Job Description]

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives for LG’s HVAC solutions in Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to social media, content marketing, digital advertising, SEM. 

► Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

- Manage and create content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.

- Collaborate with external parties to produce engaging multimedia content.

- Oversee the management of the company's social media presence, including strategy, content creation, and community engagement.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for digital marketing services.

- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, presenting findings to stakeholders.

- Support HQ driven SEM campaigns and advise subsidiaries on local level digital activities. 

► Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, preferably in a regional scope. 

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms especially LinkedIn).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua, HubSpot).
