IB/IGCSE Math Junior Tutor Position

Responsibilities:

Assist head tutors in preparing classes (printouts, marking homework).

Develop class materials (booklets, videos) in collaboration with a head tutor.

Run supplementary classes.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for student management system enhancements.

Get trained to become an associate tutor and run math classes independently.

Requirements:

Strong background in math.

Must be a citizen or permanent resident.

Good understanding of IGCSE/IB is a plus.

Must be Citizen/PR only

Desired Skills:

Strong team-oriented mindset.

Goal driven mindset.

Working Hours:

8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.

Early afternoon to evening on weekdays.

Early morning to late afternoon on weekends.

Working on one of Sat or Sun or both may be required.

Compensation:

Interview Process:

Initial screening call or Zoom meeting may precede the interview.

On-site interviews typically last 1-2 hours.

A second round of interviews may be required in some cases.
