[Job Description] 

► General Summary:

Responsible for spec-in, design, engineering support for chiller business in Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Philippine, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia subsidiary and their neighboring countries).

► Key Responsibilities:

- Support Asia region chiller business

- Have experience and knowledge of design, spec-in, engineering support for chiller business more than 5 years

- Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Engineering team to successfully award and manage chiller project

- Apply interdisciplinary engineering expertise to provide technical leadership to regional sales team and service team

- Demonstrate responsiveness to the customer (internal and external) and be quality minded in performance of all duties

- Mentor and coach chiller sales and spec-in team members with a passion for organizational development

- Responsible for training and development of chiller staffs in Asia

- Exercise strong communications skills to support highly effective cross functional coordination and collaboration

- Preferred experience working at one of the four largest chiller companies

- No issue on traveling to Asia countries : Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia , Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea 

- Chinese language skills are an advantage

► Requirements: 

- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of engineering work experience is required

- Experience with HVAC/R systems is required

- Ability to travel 15-25% required

- Experience in supervising and developing engineers
