Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and inventory management, ensuring timely updates on operational issues.

• Communicate and follow up with buyers regarding documentation, receiving instructions, and nominations.

• Draft and review sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with terminals for efficient cargo discharging and storage planning.

• Collaborate with surveyors to resolve quantity and quality disputes effectively.

• Work closely with the finance team on credit and invoicing matters.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on all operational activities.

• Monthly closing for Solid Sulphur container exports from Korea

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.

• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with international trade and customs regulations.

• Knowledge of industry-specific software/tools used in operations management.

• Certification in supply chain management or related fields.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position.

• Location: Suntec City, Singapore.
