Now Lotte Duty Free Shop has built matchless brand power as the GLOBAL LOTTE DUTY FREE SHOP and we currently operate in various countries including Japan, Vietnam, Australia, Guam and we had just landed in Singapore in 2020. Lotte Travel Retail is now in Singapore Changi Airport operating 19 stores across 4 terminals.

• Understand and support the company’s strategy and mission
• Communicate business plans between HQ and Singapore to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals
• Research competition to identify threats and opportunities
• Provide consulting advise to align processes, resources-planning and department goals that align with HQ’s overall strategy for senior executives in making effective decisions
• Construct, present and prepare business plans, reports, forecasts and analytical models
• Any other duties as assigned by the management

• Strong in business Korean & English language and deep understanding of the Korean / Singapore culture to prepare, present and draft business-related reports for HQ Korea management team.
• Proven experience in the area of Strategic Analyst, Planner or Business Consulting background
• Understanding of market research and data analysis
• Knowledge of business operations and procedures
• Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Power Point and Excel
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus
• sales analyst from retail or FMCG background preferred.
