Job Responsibilities: 

1. Manage IT Consulting team and provide clear direction and guidance to the team members.

2. Assign IT Consultants/Project managers to customer site opening projects with global coverage.

3. Manage escalations and issues IT consultants highlight for projects they are assigned.

4. Set the clear management guidance for Project Plans, Manage Resources, Schedules and Deliverables.

5. Provide project implementation support/guidance and information to overseas country teams.

6. Provide assistance on implementation and operational/IT processes for supply chain solutions.

7. Ensure that system solutions fulfil customer requirements and are implemented correctly.

8. Support Global Business Development team on RFP/RFI and RFQ for the system implementation.

Qualifications & Experience: 

0. At least, 7-10 years relative work experience. 
1. Strong project management skills with project management methodology.

2. Team management and communication skills both in Korean and English. 

3. Technical and system expertise and know-how.

4. Business communication and presentation skills.

5. Analytical and logical analysis skills.

6. Problem solving and Decision making competency.

7. Effective customer management.
