• Be responsible for the curation of Mall content, to perform quality checks on the legitimacy of the official brand and marketplace listings.
• Categorize and place the listings into the right categories based on the product categories.
• Review offline files to ensure the marketplace content is aligned with the policies and guidelines.
• Understand marketplace policies and guidelines, and make necessary curation based on it.
• Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions.
• Work closely with product/development teams to fine-tune our in-house products and reporting needs.
• Generate and contribute new and creative ideas in brainstorming sessions.
• Account management of our online marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook ads, Shopee Ads, etc.)
• Assist in the building up of our campaigns by analyzing marketing data from all aspects.
• Monitoring of campaigns' running status and keeping them healthy by analyzing marketing data and reviewing key metrics on a daily basis.
• Assist in the reporting of daily marketing outcomes.

• Analytical, comfortable with data, and numbers-driven.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analytics tools.
• Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to speak the Korean language to liaise with colleagues.
