내용 | [About Us] LK Re Pte. Ltd. is a general reinsurance brokerage firm incorporated in Singapore. Clientele are large, multi-national corporation with aim to grow fast in cooperation with our parent company in Korea, LK Insurance Services – parent company - having only eight years history, it has achieved more than 30% growth every year and is now the second largest company in Korea in terms of premium transaction. Based on this background, LK Re has been launched in 2021 to expand its area of reinsurance business. LK Re works on behalf of insurance companies to facilitate the placement of Treaty and Facultative reinsurance program and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
[Roles and responsibility] Work Type : Full-time / Intern Work Place : 138 Market Street CapitaGreen Report to : Chief Executive Officer Roles : Finance Manager
• To assume responsibility for and to oversee: n Handling full set of company's account and monthly financial reports Cash-flow management of company's account and clients' account (IBPA:Insurance Broking Premium Account) n Trade debtors and creditors control and general ledger reconciliation n Revaluation of trade debtors and creditors, accrued brokerage income n Prepare GST / Corporate Income Tax returns and ensure timely submission n Prepare external (financial) audit and liaise with external auditor n Reconciliation of monthly intercompany balances n Review and query of subsidiary accounts and group consolidation • To work on allocated tasks and projects as directed in order to facilitate the business operations.
[Key Duties] • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports • Prepare periodic budget and ad-hoc management reports • Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company • Prepare management report and update monthly audit schedules MAS statutory returns and review compliance, liaise with MAS officials • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary • Liaise with external auditors on annual statutory audit • Handle corporate taxation matters and liaise with tax agent, attend to IRAS query • Liaise with bank officers, corporate secretary and other government officials • Liaise with and report Head office staff to comply with Head Office governance / Guideline
[Key Experience / Skills] • + 3 years of working experience in a finance role • Advanced degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field • Fresh graduate with CPA qualification may be considered • Ability to speak Korean will be an advantage • Must be conversant in Companies Act, Insurance Act, PDPA, Taxation • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal; public speaking skills; deep understanding of business principles and practices; • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Words/Powerpoint etc
